The service
A consult is a one-to-one online session of the length shown when you book. It is educational guidance to help you understand and communicate science. It is not professional, legal or medical advice.
Booking and payment
The price is shown before you pay. You pay when you book, on Stripe’s secure checkout. Your time is confirmed when your payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
Changes
If you need to change or cancel a booking, reply to your confirmation email as early as you can and we will work with you to find a new time.
No guarantee of results
We do our best to help, but we cannot promise any particular outcome, such as a job offer or a grade.
