Privacy policy

This policy explains what information A Nexus (anexusbridge.com) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

When you book a mentorship consult we collect your name, your email address, the time you choose, your time zone, and any notes you choose to add. We do not ask for anything else.

Payments

Payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see or store your card number. Stripe’s handling of your data is described in its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use it

We use your details to confirm and deliver your session, to email you about it, and to keep a record of the booking. Your booking (name, email, notes and time) is added to our Google Calendar so we can run the session.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run a booking: Stripe (payment) and Google (calendar). We do not sell your information.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Element pages in the periodic table ask Wikipedia (wikipedia.org) for a photo of the element when you open the page, so Wikipedia receives your IP address as it would on any visit to its site. Stripe’s checkout page and the social networks we link to (YouTube, Instagram and TikTok) have their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to deliver the service and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by messaging us on Instagram at @anexus_bridge or replying to your booking confirmation email.
